      近日庆铃汽车带着首款纯电动皮卡TΛGΛ-EV,在重庆来了一次“朝圣”之旅。在众多车型中,如果要说有一款车型在家用和商用两重属性上结合得最完美的,那必然是皮卡车型。随着用户需求的不断增加、应用场景多样化,更清洁、环保、经济的纯电动皮卡走进了人们生活。

 

 

车辆背景资料

庆铃TAGA-EV车身尺寸为5660×1885×1825mm,货箱尺寸为1800×1540×480mm。搭载磷酸铁锂电池,电池电量为64.64kWh;搭载永磁同步电机,峰值功率为100kW,额定功率为60kW。

 

      因为限行和政策的原因,目前皮卡的使用场景还是市政、乡村、机场和路政方面,而这也决定了皮卡自身需要过硬的品质。重庆山路众多,蜿蜒曲折的地形自然是检验皮卡品质的“风水宝地”。

      庆铃本次推出的电动皮卡,采用吉泰科G02单主驱电机控制器,额定输入电压540V,额定功率132kW,峰值功率198kW,峰值电流为410A,功率密度高,体积小巧395×279×129.8mm,仅重11kg,IP67防护等级(水冷),已在客车、轻卡、微面、微卡上广泛应用。该控制器能够高效率地运行,充沛的动力输出使该车性能得到完美体现,这对于需要经常负重及在恶劣路段行驶的皮卡来说,显得尤为重要。弯急路陡的重庆,不留神间起步容易发生剐蹭事故,G02的改进型电流调节ACR技术及转矩控制平滑切换技术,可以在大力矩平滑输出的情况下,自动感应坡度及负载情况输出自适应防溜力矩,就像有双无形的手在车后支撑,防止后溜,且防溜退出平顺

      本次测试中先后经过盘龙立交、南山风景区、绕城高速。耗时数小时后,该车仍有充足电量剩余,这也得益于G02的强大“心脏”—最大化能量利用率的核心算法,发挥电机极限效率,能在极低的电能损耗下迸发出极高的能量的同时,增加车辆续航里程,降低百公里电耗。本次最终实测续航里程为171km,电量从99%下降至36%,总计仅消耗了63%的电量。根据实测续航计算,从100%电量下降到0%电量,庆铃TAGA-EV可行驶里程超过270km。考虑实际路况,续航可达300km。此外,在实测中无论是超车变道、爬坡还是高速行驶都有着亮眼表现。

上手庆铃TAGA-EV的第一感觉是,它的转向没有松松垮垮的感觉,而是更加的紧致和精准,甚至运动感十足。在起步的瞬间就可以发现,搭载了峰值功率达100kW的永磁同步电机,庆铃TAGA-EV整个车身的动力表现非常优秀。尤其是在爬坡的表现上,即便是轻踩油门,庆铃TAGA-EV都能够轻松爬上高坡。松开刹车踏板,庆铃TAGA-EV马上窜出去,在80km/h以下进行加速超车,动力随踩随有,能很轻松地完成超车变线。

刹车的反应也尤为灵敏,即便在高速行驶的过程中,只要踩下刹车,庆铃TAGA-EV能够很快停下,并没有很多新能源汽车存在的油门较松的情况。

转向方面,即便是在较高车速的情况下,庆铃TAGA-EV也能够很轻松的转向,并且不需要进行加减档的操作,整体的操控体验比燃油车提高了一个档次。

Recently, Qingling Motors, debuted their first pure electric pickup truck TΛGΛ-EV in Chongqing. Among many vehicle types, the pickup truck is one of the perfect that combine household and commercial usage. With the continuous increase of users' demand and the diversification of application scenarios, cleaner, more environment-friendly and economical pure electric pickups have entered people's lives.

Due to traffic restrictions and policies, the current application scenarios of pickup trucks are still mainly for municipal, rural areas and airports, which require the pickup trucks to have high quality and superior performance. Mountainous roads and winding terrains make Chongqing a "selected place" for testing the quality of pickup trucks.

The newly launched Qingling electric pickup adopts a G02 frame motor controller, a traction motor controller without auxiliaries, whose rated input voltage is 540V DC, rated power 132kW, peak power 198kW and peak current 410A, featured as high power density and compact size (395×279×129.8 mm), and only weighted 11kg with IP67 protection (water cooling). The controller has been widely used in buses, light trucks, mini vans, and mini trucks, etc.

The controller operates high efficiently, with a strong output torque, which is extraordinarily important for pickup trucks to carry heavy loads and be driven on rugged roads. Steep roads and sharp turns can be found anywhere in Chongqing, so minor collision accidents are prone to occur while starting the vehicles inadvertently. The improved current regulation-ACR technology and smooth switching technology in torque control adopted in G02 frame controller can automatically sense the slope and load conditions and ouput self-adaptive anti-slip torque under the circumstance of large torque smooth output. Just as there is a pair of invisible hands supporting behind the vehicle to prevent it from slipping backward.

During the testing, the vehicle was driven through Panlong Interchange, Nanshan Scenic Area, and Ring Expressway. After a few hours of harsh testing, the vehicle still had sufficient battery capacity, which is attributed to the powerful heart of the G02 controller-the core algorithm maximizing energy utilization. The maximum efficiency of the motor can be achieved to generate high energy with extremely low power consumption. At the same time, the endurance mileage is increased while the power consumption per 100 kilometers is reduced. The final measured driving mileage was 171km, and the battery capacity dropped from 99% to 36%, only 63% of the power had been consumed in total. According to the calculation of the test, the power from 100% power to 0%, Qingling TAGA-EV can travel up to more than 270 km. Taking the actual road conditions into consideration, the endurance mileage is able to reach up to 300km. In addition, in the driving test, the vehicle had superior performance not only in overtaking and changing lanes, but also in climbing the slope and during high-speed driving.

Thanks to the GTAKE motor controller’s multiple functions in active damping, quick torque response, complete online monitoring and all-round protection features, the tested pickup truck shows high adaptability and comfortable driving experience in the varied and rugged terrains, which dispels the previous mistrust in electric pickup trucks and poor performance on severe road conditions from the market.

As a strategic emerging industry in China, a complete ecological system has formed in the development of electric vehicles these years.
